👀 Three things to watch for

St Ides market position vs Uncle Arnie's and Almora - CA beverage
St Ides
$28.6M
YoY -17.2% · 778 drink doors
Uncle Arnie's
$13.4M
YoY -7.9% · 605 drink doors
Almora
$3.9M
YoY +4.9% · 325 drink doors
1
Still more than 2× Uncle Arnie's in sell-through
St Ides ~$28.6M vs Uncle Arnie's ~$13.4M on CA Headset beverage 2026 YTD - about 2.1× their dollars and a ~$15M lead. Soft category, but we remain the clear #1 scale brand in this fight.
2
Door lead they haven't closed
Drink doors today: St Ides 778 vs Uncle Arnie's 605 (+173) and Almora 325 (+453). Statewide scout still has St Ides #2 (~800 doors). Distribution is a win even while retail $ resets.
3
Almora can grow and still not catch scale
Almora +4.9% YoY is real - and they're still ~7× smaller in CA beverage $ (~$3.9M vs our ~$28.6M). They're a pace story; St Ides is the volume story.
Headset CA Beverage 2026 YTD pulled Sep 22. CannMenus drink doors + scout Sep 22. St Ides YoY -17.2% (was -19.4% on Sep 18 cut).

Three things to be careful of

St Ides vs Uncle Arnie's and Almora - CA beverage risks
1
YoY still red while comps are less red (or green)
St Ides CA beverage is -17.2% YoY vs Uncle Arnie's -7.9% and Almora +4.9%. We still lead on dollars, but the gap can narrow if their declines stay shallower (or they keep growing) while we stay deep in the red.
2
Door lead is not a sell-through lock
778 drink doors vs Uncle Arnie's 605 and Almora 325 looks strong, but if menus stay up while rings slow, Market Position looks healthy while Headset softens. Watch dollars per door and velocity, not doors alone.
3
Almora +4.9% is a pace warning, not a size threat yet
Almora is still about 7x smaller (~$3.9M vs ~$28.6M), so they do not topple scale overnight. Sustained growth on their side plus a prolonged decline on ours is how share stories flip. Treat Almora as an early-warning brand, not a peer to ignore.
Same Sep 22 Headset and CannMenus cuts as Three things to watch for.
